Visitors
Commencing with the Fall 2022 semester and moving forward, Cornell Tech is returning to its standard visitor policy.
Screening and review of proof of vaccination documents is no longer required to visit the Cornell Tech campus. Be aware that requirements may change quickly – impacting your visit – if COVID-19 transmission rates increase on campus or within the local community, or in response to local, state, or federal guidelines or requirements.
It is well established that wearing a mask while indoors reduces the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. Consistent with NYC DOH guidance, it is strongly recommended that masks be worn indoors, unless you are the sole occupant in an enclosed space. Specifically, as indoor conditions and individuals’ vulnerabilities vary markedly, we ask visitors to respect each other’s decision in regards to mask wearing. The campus will continue to provide high-quality masks to campus community members at the Bloomberg Center security desk. It is the responsibility of the Cornell Tech host to ensure that any guest is in compliance with all Cornell Tech COVID-19 health and safety measures.
The House at Cornell Tech remains open and fully operational for the students, faculty, and researchers who reside in this apartment building. Please check with The House management for current visitor policy.
