Exploration on a theme

We bring together experts in engineering, computer science, design, business, and law to build the foundations for new digital technologies—especially AI. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships with leaders in the private and public sectors, we’re advancing practical technology solutions to real-world challenges.
Our world-class graduate and postgraduate programs are designed to develop the leaders of the AI era. Both academically rigorous and nimble, a Cornell Tech education emphasizes hands-on learning in multidisciplinary teams, providing the skills needed to address complex, real-world challenges in health, urban systems, media and democracy, and more.
At Cornell Tech, we seek to build ethical, inclusive, accessible technology for all people, and believe in the power of participation and representation. We’re expanding access to the field of technology through initiatives to propel more women and nonbinary students into tech careers, and to empower academics to become entrepreneurs.
With a focus on learning by building, we are entrepreneurial in everything that we do. Over the past decade, we’ve launched more than 100 startups through our Runway and Startup Studio programs. We also incubate social ventures, such as The Clinic to End Tech Abuse, The Digital Life Initiative, and our Public Interest Tech Initiative.

Entrepreneurial in all that we do
