Juliet Rothschild Weissman is a data‑driven, results‑oriented leader with more than 25 years of executive management experience and a proven record of guiding complex organizations through periods of significant change and growth. She serves as the chief administrative officer at Cornell Tech, leading a broad portfolio of business, operations, and administrative functions while serving as a key advisor to the dean. She is responsible for integrating and strategically using financial, human, and physical resources, as well as for the successful launch and expansion of the campus’s graduate engineering and applied science programs.
Before joining Cornell Tech, Weissman held several vice president roles at the College Board, an $800 million nonprofit organization, where she led strategic initiatives to align the organization’s social mission with its business objectives. She builds and motivates high‑performing teams and has led successful change initiatives across the corporate, education, and nonprofit sectors.
Weissman is actively involved in boards and volunteer activities, focusing on community service, education, and leadership development. She earned an A.B. with honors in applied mathematics with economics from Harvard University and has received awards for leadership, volunteerism, and academic achievement. A native Upper West Sider, she lives in Manhattan with her husband, three children, two of whom share her passion for Yankees baseball, and goldendoodle.
