This course takes students through the entrepreneurial journey, from recognizing and evaluating opportunities to designing business models, building founding teams, hiring employees, securing financing, managing risk, scaling a venture, and evaluating exit opportunities. Students learn and apply the lean startup methodology through case studies and exercises involving digital ventures.
