What happens when climate science and real-world risk meet?

At Climate Week NYC, Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability and Cornell’s Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences are bringing together leaders from academia and industry to explore how climate risk is assessed, communicated and applied in practice.

The conversation will create space for a two-way exchange – connecting expertise in climate dynamics and the physical foundations of risk with rapidly evolving work in data science, modeling and real-world decision-making.
