The goal of the Cornell Standard Project (CSP) agreements is to make it easy for students and organizations to cooperate on student projects for academic credit.
They are designed to be nimble, versatile and fair agreements that can serve as a standard model of engagement between the students of many different schools and organizations of many types and sizes.
Everyone is encouraged to use the CSP agreements as written.
