Steve Winshel is a serial founder originally trained as a cognitive scientist (B.A. Stanford, Ph.D. Princeton). His current startup, Brainbox, has developed technology to detect cognitive decline extremely early and democratize access to an important diagnostic tool. In addition to launching and running companies, which has resulted in both successful exits and lesson-learning failures, Steve consults and mentors leaders at all stages of their entrepreneurial careers. He teaches accelerator-style entrepreneurship courses as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Business at Columbia Business School and Lecturer at Cornell Tech.
