Meghan is the Senior Director of External Relations at Cornell Tech. Her role includes overseeing marketing, communications, media, government & community relations. She is also part of a team collaborating on corporate and nonprofit engagement and partnerships.
Prior to joining Cornell Tech Meghan was the Assistant Vice President of Government & Community Relations at Pace University in Lower Manhattan. She was a strategic advisor to the President, oversaw the University's city, state and federal legislative agenda, led the community and public relations for two campus development master plans, and published their first comprehensive economic impact report. Meghan started at Pace as Director of Government and Community Relations in 2006. Prior to that Meghan worked for Congresswoman Nita Lowey, the first woman to lead either party on the House Appropriations Committee. She oversaw intergovernmental relations and coordinated appropriations throughout the 30+ municipalities in the district. Meghan's work in State Government in California was focused on economic development and education; she was also co-founder of a commercialized consumer product start-up in 2011.
Meghan received a Masters of Public Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marist College.
